The building is designed using a monolithic frame system. Reinforced concrete floor slabs, a monolithic foundation, vertical pylons, and rigid cores with elevators and staircases are applied.

All structures are calculated taking into account the seismicity of the area. Quality and durability are the foundation of the project.

Thanks to the architectural features, cascading panoramic terraces are planned on the 11th–12th floors. Several apartments are duplexes.

The complex consists of seven sections united by an inner courtyard. More than 700 apartments are located across 14 floors.

The space is organized around a central courtyard on the stylobate (second-floor level). The seven sections of the complex form a logical structure that emphasizes interaction with the city.

A distinctive feature is the penthouses with terraces on the top level. The architecture combines modern forms, panoramic glazing, and carefully designed façade articulation.

On the 1st and front part of the 2nd floor – commercial spaces; from the 3rd to the 14th – residential premises.
